LISTEN: Is "love" to blame for your weight gain? Jim & Teri talk about it

We had fun with this morning's Brain Strain trivia which focused on the things many new couples will argue about once they start living together.

But there's a new survey to go along with the topic of relationships, and it asks if you believe "love weight" is real?

The survey, in the New York Post, shows 4 out of 5 people say, "Yes, and the best part of a relationship is finally beiong able to stop watching what you eat."

Really? The best part?

Well, Jim and I couldn't just let this go, so we invite you to LISTEN, below as we talk about "Is love to blame for your weight gain?"

-Teri

By the way, the 4 out of 5 people who say they gain "love weight" while in a serious relationship, also gave 8 reasons for it:

  1. Eating out more.
  2. Adopting a less active lifestyle.
  3. Staying home to eat and drink.
  4. Exercising less to spend more time together.
  5. Trying new foods and restaurants as a couple.
  6. Starting a family.
  7. Less motivation to keep up your physique.
  8. Take more Ubers or taxis together instead of walking places.
